See them on EtsyExtremely happy with my Excellently crafted linen cabinet .Neil sent updates at every stage of the process . Looks great in my room..5 star .....
Wow, wow, wow! It seems an insult to only award this seller five stars when without doubt he is the most considerate professional I have ever had the pleasure to buy from. He personally delivered my item on Christmas Eve, a six-hour round trip! Not only that, but he then unpacked the item, removed all the packaging and, because it was Christmas Eve, presented me with a box of chocolates! Exceptional communication from start to finish, exceptional product, and exceptional customer service. Faultless perfection :)
Beautifully crafted shelves that exude quality and care. Good communication throughout and reliably delivered. It is impossible to overstate our pleasure in the item and service.
Well, where do I begin! This is the most beautifully well made piece of furniture you could ever imagine. Neil went above and beyond to get it right for me with regular updates. The haulier had let him down for the initial delivery, Neil was prepared to put it in his car and bring it to Shropshire from York! I was not in any hurry so it was not necessary. If you are looking for a stunning piece of furniture look no further, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Neil.

Excellent media unit. I searched high and low for a modern unit and found this lovely piece of furniture. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter along with a vinyl player. Neil, who designed and made it even delivered it by hand to ensure I got it in time for Christmas. Amazing service. I couldn’t recommend this and Neil more. Thanks again Neil!

We are thrilled with these hooks - thank you. Neil was really helpful and kept us informed as to when they had been made and dispatched. They arrived well packaged and even with tools to help put them up!
Beautiful work and incredibly professional service. Thank you!
If I could give Neil 6 stars for this I would. I love this stand... the build quality is exceptional, the finish is spectacular and Neil was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. I live in Seattle so was initially a little hesitant to order from the UK, but Neil’s shipping was fast, and his packaging was extremely careful and secure.
Love it! High quality. Awesome communication! Shipped in high-end container. Could not be happier!
I had very high expectations for the Genus - and Neil exceeded them. It's functional, interesting, and flawless. Fit and finish is absolutely perfect. Neil's attention to detail, communication, and skill is tremendous - as was his ability to work with me to get me exactly what I needed.
